The project is located in upper Manhattan, a few blocks from 125th Street, the cultural and commercial center of Harlem. The project is conceived as an enlargement of an existing five (5) story masonry building with an additional two (2) stories and a penthouse bulkhead. The site will be fully excavated to maximize the below grade space and include a rear garden. The project will contain eight (8) luxury residential condominiums. The units will range from one bedroom units to two – three bedroom duplexes. The upper duplex penthouses will include fire places and landscapes terraces with expansive views. The ground floor will include a commercial condominium that will house First Ebenezer Baptiste Church, which has been housed at the building since the 1940’s.
